I took a quick ride up to Llyn Rhosgoch from Pendam to check on a geocache that a few people had been unable to find recently. All was as it should be so I rode back to pendam via Hippity Hop and met Dave then we went for a quick spin around the Pendam trail.

Not completely dark at first and seeing in the half light was worse than in complete darkness.

I'm not getting any fitter though.
